Lonsdale Chamber welcomes new year with continued success and laughter

The annual Lonsdale Area Chamber of Commerce dinner returned to its in-person format on Tuesday, Jan. 25 after last year’s drive-in style due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The year’s dinner took place at Ettlin’s Ranchero Supper Club in Webster where several dozen chamber members gathered together to enjoy a meal, share many laughs, and hear about the successes in 2021 and what is in store for the Chamber in 2022.

The Chamber’s executive director, Shanna Gutzke-Kupp was called away the night before the event and was unable to attend. In her place Lonsdale business owner and the chamber’s vice president, Scott Pelava, stepped in and became the emcee for the night.

Pelava, owner of Lonsdale Auto Works, said that last year’s drive in annual dinner meeting was “a heck of an experience,” but that he was happy to be able to gather together as normal.
