Terrie Lee King, age 74, of Waterville, died on Monday, March 21, 2022 at All Saints Senior Living in Shakopee.

Raymond D. Becker, age 83, of Minnesota Lake, MN died Thursday March 17, 2022 at MCHS in Mankato, MN. A public visitation will be held Thursday March 24, 2022 from 4 - 7 p.m. at Nasinec Funeral Home in Wells, MN (789 Business Park Drive Wells, MN). Funeral Services will be held Friday, March 25, 2022 at 2 p.m. at Peace United Church of Christ in Minnesota Lake, MN. Please join the family for a visitation and fellowship (meal) starting at 12:30 p.m. at church. Burial will be in Peace Cemetery in Minnesota Lake, MN with Rev. Brian Fragodt officiating.

LaVonne Helen Bertha Matz, age 76, of rural Waterville, died on Saturday, March 12, 2022 at Whispering Creek in Janesville.

Duaine Ellsworth Flanders, 81, of Benson, MN passed away at his home Sunday, March 6, 2022.
Duaine is survived by his wife Peg, children Steph, Sue Ellen, and Bruce, brother Richard Flanders of Devils Lake, ND, and sister Jan (Mack) Evans of Elysian, MN.

Evelyn Alma Delaske, age 101, of Waterville, died on March 8, 2022, at Carriage House Senior Living in Le Center.

Penny Terrell, age 70, passed away on February 13, 2022.
She was preceded in death by parents Ralph and Margaret and sisters Fay, Kay, and Joan. She was survived by siblings Ralph (Jodi), Margaret, Beth, Blair (Shannon), Pat (Sue), Judy (Bob), Tim (Robin), Chris, Jeanne (Tim) and Maureen; as well as many relatives and friends.

Eugene "Gene" Harold Schwake, age 83, of Waterville, died on Thursday, February 24, 2022, at Traditions of Waterville.

Tom died peacefully at the Northfield Care Center surrounded by loved ones on Thursday, February 10, 2022 at the age of 87.

Paul Thomas Brekke, age 79 of rural Waterville, passed away at his home on the evening of Wednesday, February 2, 2022.

John (Jake) “Pops” Keohen, age 83, of Montgomery, beloved husband, brother, father, grandfather, and great grandfather left this earth to join his heavenly Father on February 8th, 2022.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Kay; his sons, John “Jake”, Pete, Matt, Tim’s widow, Diana; stepchildren, Scott (Diane), Craig (Carolyn), Pam (Larry), Faith (Randy) and sister, Kathryn (Tatty); 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Jerry; sisters, Mary Hennes and Patricia Rynda; brother, Jerry and son, Tim “Wally”.

John (Jake) “Pops” Keohen, age 83, of Montgomery, beloved husband, brother, father, grandfather, and great grandfather left this earth to join his heavenly Father on February 8th, 2022.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Kay; his sons, John “Jake”, Pete, Matt, Tim’s widow, Diana; stepchildren, Scott (Diane), Craig (Carolyn), Pam (Larry), Faith (Randy) and sister, Kathryn (Tatty); 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Helen and Jerry; sisters, Mary Hennes and Patricia Rynda; brother, Jerry and son, Tim “Wally”.

Ethan Shane Delaske passed away on Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at his home in Janesville with his parents and sister by his side at the age of 5 years old.

Lorraine Louise Lyons, age 80, of Waterville died on Monday, January 24, 2022 at Whispering Creek in Janesville.
Born on November 4, 1941, in Waseca to Herman and Esther (Gehrke) Berndt. She attended Waterville High School, graduating with the class of 1960. On November 24, 1962, Lorraine was united in marriage to John Lyons at St. Peter “Bell” Lutheran Church in Elysian and together they made their home in Waterville while raising their two children. Lorraine and John shared 32 years of marriage before John passed away on January 2, 1995.

Pearl E. Smith, age 93 of Burnsville (formerly of Waterville, MN) entered her heavenly home on January 23, 2022. Pearl was born and raised on a farm in Merrill Township in northwestern Iowa. She was the 7th out of 7 children born to Walter and Anna Zimmerman. Pearl attended a one room country school through 8th grade and then graduated from LeMars High School. She attended Northwestern Bible College in Minneapolis, MN when Billy Graham was president of the school.

Dennis "Hank" Roemhildt, 87, of Owatonna, died Friday, January 14, 2022 at the Owatonna Hospital.
He was born May 16, 1934 in Le Center, Minnesota, the son of Theodore and Clara (Conrath) Roemhildt.  He grew up in the Elysian area and was baptized and confirmed at St. Peter Evangelical Lutheran Church (The Bell Church).  He attended country school through the eighth grade. 
On August 12, 1955, he married Violet Bremer.  The couple lived in St. Peter and Waseca before moving to Owatonna where they have resided for the past 61 years. 

Donald Randall Carnahan, age 74, of Elysian, died on Tuesday, January 4, 2021 at his home.
Memorial visitation was 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, January 14, 2022 at the Northview – North Mankato Mortuary, 2060 Commerce Drive, North Mankato.
